  Buried in CLARK CEMETERY, Union Township "Common Pleas Court Records of Highland County, Ohio (1805-1850)" by David and Jane McBride, page 197, gives the following information. Abigail Hart vs. John Hart, et al. (filed July 7 1847.) Petion for dower. Plaintiff alleges she is the widow of Miles Hart, deceased, who diied seized of 175 acres and leaving the following heirs: John, William and George Hart; Andrew, John, William, Elizabeth, Sarah, Ann and Eliza Jane Bishir, children of Susannah, late Hart, intermarried with Christopher Bishir; Jeremiah Thompson and Abigail, his wife, formerly Hart; Elizabeth Chaney, formerly Hart; John Richardson and Nancy, his wife, formerly Hart; Nathaniel W. Walton and Sylvester, his wife, formerly Hart; Andrew Madison Hart; James Richardson and Mary D., his wife, formerly Hart; Jonathan Hodson and Delilah, his wife, formerly Hart. The Court found John Hart, John and Nancy Richardson, James and Mary D. Richardson, Nathaniel W. and Sylvester Walton to be non-residents of Ohio. (Record 8, page 467.)
